Why Moral and Sejarah is a "MUST" in SPM????stupid malaysia education system

First of all,i dint mean to insult anything or anyone....just giving coment

They say studying sejarah so that we know our country better,right....but why must in spm?

moral....in spm...is wrong, because when we go university we need moral....???then why there are getting more sexual activities happening in our local U today?!! who to blame?GET BACK TO OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM!!!

but sejarah?we go university study sejarah?1 out of 1000 student do that
Example:student A and student B
student A get all C in SPM but sejarah A and A in Moral
student B get all A in SPM but C in sejarah and C in Moral
common sense, which student will the university choose?

we go University for study to increase our knowledge not to seeupon your moral values!
there a Question to wake up your mind,

even you have a high moral value...BUT you failed in the other important subject WILL the university accept you?
THE answer : NO. you are not qualified the university course even you have high moral value or even A1 for your Moral in SPM!

im not saying that study sejarah not good...but just, why in spm have this subject?
if im not wrong,4 or 5 years before student form 4 and form 5 no need to study sejarah
but why now need?
if you are as a teenager, ask your friend, studying sejarah fun or just another BAG to carry?
if you are as parents or adult, ask your children, studying sejarah fun or just another SICKENING subject?

who ever see this can leave a coment...as refrence....

Combined complains for Pendidikan Moral and Sejarah

I should say I'm quite disappointed with our current education. The best prove, as a student myself, what we learn in school doesn't actually apply to our lives now or for the future, simply, it's time wasting.

I think the government has to think wisely about not to emphasize too much on exam, especially the public too, they should change their view that only exam results can measure a youth's capability. What we are doing now is actually destroying our youth's future. They should have spent their time doing things meaningful like being taught on the specific fields of their interest, instead of forcing them to study things they feel boring to because this method can only nurture students that are good in memorising facts and facing exams, but not those kind of students that have wide knowledge about their surroundings and possess also good communication skills.

This is also the main reason why student hates to study. They actually loved to study, when people wondered why, because they simple hated this kind of exam studying method.

What I mean is students should be revealed to more real live problem solving things rather than the boring, fact memorising MORAL EDUCATION. Honestly, this is a flaw in our education system. The subject has wasted almost 2 years of mine, spending boring and meaningless classes, teacher prompting us to do “nilai” exercises which actually help us more in expanding our memory than helping us to implement those ‘nilais’ in our lives. Disappointed. I could have used those two years learning the importance of helping the unfortunates by using my school hours to pay visits to them and by the way, I don't mind doing free work for them. I prefer this rather then memorising definition of NILAIs that are actually meaningless which the St.Joseph School moral teacher , Pn.Alicia Reshmie Robertson ask all the student to memorise all the nilai and the definisi all the way in 2009 . Sometimes , we just can't read what is actually on their stupid stubborn not educated brain .

After all , i just had my school second test over and i got a 9G for my Moral . During the test i was bored and drew something on the back of my paper state that " Bluerk!Moral...i never study it ...n' not going to study it too" . When my Moral teacher , Pn.Alicia Reshmie Robertson purposely read out what i wrote because of the sick of hating me in class . As a teacher , she can do whatever she wants? I don't think so , everyone has their own rights on this world . Yet she, as a Moral teacher should behave and present a good example to have moral values in school and other places BUT 'sua' a student in the class is not a right thing to do as a teacher in school . She had made me lose my pride in class , feeling like being bully by the others .

Besides, a teacher should understand a student's situation and his or her problem toward their studies and focus on those who are really weak in that subject and hold hands out to help the student! But , in this case a teacher hate that student and make a student feel embrace in class! which is totally wrong!!!

I'm currently having my SPM. Something to be praised about is that I found out that the questions asked are more based on PADA PENDAPAT ANDA, rather than who is the killer and which year did he kill xxx, questions that are reference oriented, especially in the Language papers. Praises.

By the way, the most important thing is that we should never make a student's academic performance the main consideration of the student's capability. The obsession of A's in exams has made some life of students miserable. Those who cant score well are also miserable. Is something going to school miserable?

On the other hand, we should nurture our students using more practical methods. For instance, when studying science, color graphics with sound are shown. And more importantly, using pictures to should place of occurrence, people involved and attracting ways to prompt students to study SEJARAH. Sejarah form 4, form 5 made everybody miserable, together they have 500 pages of words. Studying sejarah and facing spm for it is like living in hell. No one enjoys studying sejarah, because of the current flaw apparently.

By the way, I enjoy studying Bahasa Malaysia but I think English teaching in Maths and Science should be continued. As a student myself, I think english in science and maths can better prepare our youth for the future. I'm not condemning our national language but I think Bahasa Malaysia is still young. If Bahasa Malaysia is to be strengthen, why not buck up the Malay Language subject itself?

as a student, I realized the lack of sports amenities in our society. I think that is the main reason why our sports is still in its maturing level. The lack of sports facility simply doesn't propel our people's love for sports. Just look at our football world ranking, 153, we can't even be competitive in Asia, well, the world cup qualification? maybe 100 years later.

To cut long story short, please implement more practical skills to students rather than emphasizing on academic performance. These don't help our nation, there will only make us better in facing exams, and not challenges in our life in future. Besides, the country is in serious lack of sports facility . Please, think about it . We are the quiet sufferers.
